The vanes and blades are designed with regard to high, clo- sely subsonic outlet flow speed from blade cascades and modi- fied to meet technological requirements of precision casting - such as the possibility of dismantling moulds for wax models, and small radiuses of stator and rotor trailing edges down to a minimum value of 0.3 mm.
Leading edges (LE) and trailing edges (TE) of blades were analysed too.
Fig. 9 represents comparison of trailing edges 1-3.
Detailed analysis showed, that surface of trailing edges are without any significant damages, cracks or phase changes.
